The meeting was called to order at 6:34 pm.

Minutes:  The February Board Minutes were reviewed, Amended, and then approved as amended.

Finance:  There was one small expenditure for Domain fees showing on the current financial report.  The Financial report was accepted as presented.

PennDel Fall Meeting: The Board discussed, reviewed, and approved a communication message that will be sent to the contacts for the different members.  The Board is gathering information so that planning for the fall and beginning of the season can start.  Final logistics for the September 25th meeting, Virtual or in person, and other details will be decided over the next couple of months.

Pandemic Update:  The Board discussed several different summer swim leagues and what is being planned for those organizations.  The feedback was that with the exception of spectators most of the current information was that teams were planning for a return to a more normal summer. The goals were to keep numbers reduced and yet still allow competition.

New Business:
Assistant Board Positions Update: The assistant Webmaster role has been identified and completed.
Meet Manager Training requirements: There was a question on the Leagues requirements for age of a person certified as a Meet Manager operator.  The Board identified that Meet Manager operators should be at least 21 years old.  There is also a recommendation that if someone younger then 21 wishes to become certified, there will be an exception process that can be followed.  Final recommendations on the exception process will be finalized.

YMCA Training: The leadership of the YMCA Swim Officials Training Program has agreed to allow currently certified YMCA Swim Officials Trainers to train for this year only in a virtual mode for any Official recertification.  The National Swim Officials Committee has also extended all swim officials swimming credentials until the end of this year December 31, 2021

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.

Respectfully submitted, Bruce Cooper
